"I'll Pay What The State Makes Me Pay"

I apologize ahead of time for my language in this. I'm just so damn frustrated :(

God, I hate dealing with my sons dad.
CS was originally set at 7.25 an hour. He now makes 18 an hour. I have full custody and I am supposed to get 236 a month based on the original amount. He also gets Noah 1 week every 6 weeks according to our custody agreement.

He only wants to pay the original amount- it's being garnished from his checks. Last week I sent in a formal request to ORS to adjust the CS. I called them today. Apparently, they send me income paperwork to fill out first. Once it's sent back- they send out the same paperwork for Jay. Jay has 30-45 days to reply. Once that is back, everything is sent to the attorney general where it takes about 180 days to process. Are you freaking KIDDING me?!

By the time all that is done, I'm sure Jay will of quit or been fired.

I already compromised by giving him extra time with Noah- he now gets 2 weeks every other month. Jay doesn't want to compromise at all. Based on his new income he should be paying 600/month. He wants to claim Noah on taxes every other year- I originally said no but again, trying to compromise with him- I told him if he started paying 500/month in child support he could claim him every other year. He said "I'll pay what the state makes me pay"

Well, fine. You can see your son when the state says you can see your son. I hate this bullshit, he wants me to compromise for him and his situation but he doesn't want to do the same for me. I'm so tired of this.
